Computer and internet

Cleveland District State High School boasts a range of specialty computer laboratories, and is currently transitioning to a 100% Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program.  With desktop (and laptop) computers maintained through an excellent support network both in-house and as part of Education Queensland's Managed Operating Environment, our computers are kept up to date with the likes of  Microsoft Office 2016, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and AutoCAD (to name a few).

The internet connection at our school provides a secure managed environment where we can all feel confident that students are secure and safe from the negative delights of the internet.  Students also receive both online learning environments and Education Queensland email under this system.

From 2017 the school will be totally BYOD.  Parents are asked to refer to the BYOD Requirements page for more information on the device specification.
