Energise Oz electrical apprenticeship

31/07/2013

On Tuesday 13th August, Stewart Bielby from Energise Oz will talk to interested students in years 10 – 12 about registering for careers in the electrical industry. Energise Oz are apprentice managers and mentors providing advice and pre-vocational testing for potential electrical apprentices.

The session will be presented in T4 starting at the beginning of lunch (12.45pm sharp) and will allow student to participate in an online readiness assessment, testing their literacy and numeracy skills. The program has been designed and driven by Industry and upon completion, indicates the compatibility of students to undertake an Electrical Apprenticeship. The student will then have the option of having their details placed on the Energise Oz National Register as potential apprentices that can be found on their website. Electrical Contractors access the register to find students as part of their recruitment process.

Please register to attend this event by contacting Mrs Abraham or Ms Booth (F5). Parents are also welcome to attend.
